Base Salary
$150k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Research, design, and develop AI/ML algorithms for simulation, design automation, and computer-aided engineering.
- Build scalable AI solutions and integrate models into existing CAE workflows and infrastructure.
- Improve model accuracy, analyze outputs, and address system-level performance bottlenecks.
- Guide AI/ML projects from research through production deployment.
- Contribute to MLOps practices and robust end-to-end AI/ML systems.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience developing and deploying AI/ML models with demonstrated impact in applied engineering or scientific domains.
- 2+ years of technical leadership guiding AI/ML projects from research to production.
- Proficiency in Python and modern AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, JAX, and TensorFlow.
- Experience with AI/ML algorithms for sequential, spatial, or physics-informed data, including time series, mesh data, or simulation outputs.
- Familiarity with MLOps and end-to-end AI/ML system development from prototyping through scalable deployment.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles in simulation, modeling, and optimization.
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with CAE, CAD, or PLM tools such as Ansys, Abaqus, COMSOL, SolidWorks, or NX is preferred.
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is preferred.
