Base Salary
$43k - $74k/yr
Responsibilities
- Perform meaningful engineering work related to cancer therapies.
- Develop skills through training, hands-on experience, and mentorship.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Execute the IO&E software strategy across its portfolio through enabled software tools.
- Support organic and co-development efforts.
- Generate recommendations and communicate results through presentations to cross-functional leadership.
- Build a professional network and gain exposure to work in a medical device company.
Requirements
- Graduate between Fall 2027 and Spring 2029.
- Currently pursue a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or AI Engineering.
- Commit to either May 17–August 6 or May 24–August 13 for the full internship period.
- Have experience with agile software development frameworks and/or AI technologies.
- Be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization.
- Have reliable transportation to the Boston Scientific Corporate location in Maple Grove, Minnesota.
- Preferred: experience with medical device development and project management tools.
- Preferred: imaging modality experience, including cone beam CT and MRI.
- Preferred: ability to communicate effectively with diverse cross-functional teams and enthusiasm for learning new technologies and exploring novel solutions.
