Responsibilities
- Assist clients with technology implementation and business transformation initiatives.
- Support governance, risk identification, compliance, information security, and technology-enabled process improvement.
- Develop, implement, support, and deliver Crowe technology solutions.
- Analyze business processes and technical requirements for system integration, business intelligence, enhancement design, and development.
- Provide technical client training and hands-on support.
- Extend ERP functionality, integrate third-party applications, and build custom applications.
- Execute cloud adoption plans and configure integrations between enterprise systems using Azure services.
- Integrate IoT on Azure and implement multifactor security and identity management solutions.
- Develop knowledge of ERP technologies including D365, NetSuite, and Salesforce.
- Perform data mapping and validation to support data integrity and accuracy.
- Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and resolve problems.
- Travel 75% or more annually.
Requirements
- Be a college senior or graduate student completing studies in the coming year.
- Pursue a degree in audit or business administration with an information systems/information technology focus, computer science, management information systems or technology, supply chain, computer engineering, software engineering, or a similar field.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis skills.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts for stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively across skill sets and geographies and adapt to changing priorities.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and team-building skills.
- Be willing to learn new technologies and continuously upskill.
- Have experience with data mapping and validation to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
