Responsibilities
- Advise development teams on technical design, architecture, and solution choices.
- Develop and mature architecture in collaboration with teams and other architects.
- Ensure coherence across systems, integrations, and cross-functional dependencies.
- Support teams in translating complex initiatives into deliverable solutions.
- Communicate technical decisions and their consequences to technical and business stakeholders.
- Build relationships with teams, Product Owners, and collaborators while contributing to architectural decisions, technical priorities, and shared direction.
Requirements
- Experience as a software engineer, architect, or in a similar technical role.
- Experience with distributed systems, integrations, and modern software architecture.
- Understanding of software development, operations, and organizational aspects of software engineering.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex topics clearly and constructively.
- Ability to collaborate across teams, disciplines, and organizational levels.
- Curiosity, a collaborative mindset, and motivation to work on highly complex, high-impact solutions.
