Base Salary
$145k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build custom ServiceNow applications, including data models, user interfaces, and role-based access controls.
- Develop scoped applications, Service Portal widgets, and automated workflows using JavaScript, Glide APIs, and Flow Designer.
- Configure and enhance ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM processes and maintain high-quality CI data using CSDM.
- Write server-side and client-side scripts with GlideScript, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Script Includes.
- Create approval processes and Service Level Agreements using Flow Designer.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party enterprise systems and databases using REST, SOAP, and Integration Hub.
- Build Service Portal pages, Service Catalogs, and custom workspaces using UI Builder.
- Perform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing with the Automated Test Framework before production deployment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Typically 3–5+ years of software development experience, including 1–3 years focused on ServiceNow platform development.
- Deep proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is strongly preferred.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification in ITSM, ITOM, or ITAM is strongly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and cross-functional communication abilities.
