Base Salary
$145k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build custom ServiceNow applications, including data models, user interfaces, role-based access controls, scoped applications, portal widgets, and workflows.
- Configure and enhance ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM processes and maintain high-quality configuration item data in accordance with CSDM.
- Write server-side and client-side scripts using JavaScript, GlideScript, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Script Includes.
- Develop automated workflows, approval processes, and SLAs using Flow Designer.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party enterprise systems and databases using REST, SOAP, and Integration Hub.
- Create Service Portal pages, Service Catalogs, and custom workspaces using UI Builder.
- Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing with the Automated Test Framework before production deployment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Typically 3-5+ years of software development experience, including 1-3 years focused on ServiceNow platform development.
- Deep proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules.
- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and cross-functional communication skills.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Certified Implementation Specialist certification in ITSM, ITOM, or ITAM is strongly preferred.
