Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Ubuntu integration for IoT and server-class hardware.
  • Collaborate with partners to deliver an optimized Ubuntu experience.
  • Take a holistic approach to the Ubuntu experience on partner platforms.
  • Serve as technical lead on complex customer engagements.
  • Assist customers in integrating apps, SDKs, and optimizing applications with Ubuntu.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, STEM, or similar.
  • Experience with Linux packaging (Debian, RPM, Yocto).
  • Familiarity with open source communities and licenses.
  • Proficiency in C and C++ programming languages.
  • Ability to work in a globally distributed team with self-discipline.
