Responsibilities

  • Create test suites and test cases for new requirements, change requests, and projects in collaboration with Business Analysts and developers.
  • Design, develop, execute, and maintain traceable test suites covering database, API, integration, functional, and performance testing.
  • Identify, evaluate, and automate suitable test cases using relevant automation tools.
  • Automate functional test cases with Python or Java and enhance test automation frameworks.
  • Use GitHub Copilot, Gemini, and MCP for test design, automation, data analysis, troubleshooting, and human validation.

Requirements

  • B.Tech, MCA, or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 2 years of QA experience with comprehensive knowledge of SDLC, QA methodologies, and the testing lifecycle.
  • Hands-on experience testing Salesforce/CRM or cloud ERP/CRM platforms, including functional, API, database, and integration testing.
  • Extensive Python or Java automation experience and experience building or enhancing test automation frameworks.
  • Basic SQL knowledge for developing and analyzing queries and validating backend data.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Git, and Jenkins or equivalent engineering tools.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, problem-solving, continuous-learning, and quality-focused orientation.
