Responsibilities
- Design, build, and implement AI/ML models to automate routine support tasks.
- Collaborate with support leadership to improve data pipelines and analytical models.
- Create intelligent workflows for categorizing and responding to support tickets.
- Develop AI-powered assistants or chatbots for customer queries.
- Manage large datasets, including data cleaning and preprocessing.
- Monitor performance of deployed models and make continuous improvements.
- Partner with support engineers to identify automation opportunities.
Requirements
- Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college/university program.
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- Proficiency in programming languages, especially Python.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with creative approaches.
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts.
