Responsibilities
- Develop and manage OpenShift and Kubernetes platform functionality.
- Automate platform processes using GitOps, Argo CD, Ansible, Terraform, and Infrastructure as Code practices.
- Develop platform software and tooling in Go and/or Python.
- Build and maintain Kubernetes Operators, Controllers, and Custom Resource Definitions.
- Develop self-service functionality for development teams.
- Contribute to platform architecture decisions and technical standards.
- Build and integrate platform services such as databases, secrets management, container registries, and caching.
- Improve the platform’s simplicity, reliability, scalability, observability, and automation.
- Collaborate with platform engineers, developers, and other specialists while sharing knowledge and proposing improvements.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or Site Reliability Engineer.
- At least 3 years of software development experience with Go and/or Python.
- Demonstrable experience with Kubernetes, GitOps, Infrastructure as Code, Terraform, and Ansible.
- Experience with observability solutions such as Grafana.
- Knowledge of Linux, networking, and storage in Kubernetes environments.
- Experience with Agile and DevOps ways of working.
- Excellent command of both Dutch and English is mandatory.

- Gross monthly salary of €5216 to €7843 based on experience, for a 40-hour workweek, excluding 8% holiday allowance.
