Responsibilities
- Define security blueprints, threat models, and reference architectures for engineering teams.
- Develop technical solutions to prevent or mitigate security vulnerabilities and strengthen system security.
- Automate security checks within developer and AI-agent workflows to reduce manual review.
- Build API-based integrations among security tools such as CSPM, SAST/SCA, ASM, and EDR.
- Provide real-time security observability and self-service security capabilities for engineering teams.
- Own technical controls and guardrails that enable safe enterprise AI adoption.
- Lead security practices spanning product development and corporate operations.
Requirements
- Proficiency in both English and Japanese to support a multinational engineering community.
- Hands-on experience securing rapid enterprise AI adoption, including third-party LLM integrations, MCP server onboarding, and agentic tools operating on internal systems.
- A strong Security as Code mindset focused on automation and developer self-service.
- Detailed knowledge of system vulnerabilities and remediation or mitigation techniques, including penetration testing.
- Strong understanding of the intersection between DevOps and SecOps, with experience building high-velocity and secure engineering cultures.
- Preferred experience with supply-chain protection and SBOM-based vulnerability management.
- Preferred ability to design technical guardrails for agentic systems.
- Interest in and active community involvement with AI protocol standards such as MCP and A2A.
