Responsibilities
- Build a next-generation Model-as-a-Service platform serving hundreds of LLM-based applications.
- Develop and maintain platform capabilities for offline training and fine-tuning, online inference, model management, and resource orchestration.
- Manage large numbers of GPU resources and provide computing power efficiently.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Proficiency with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Software development experience in at least one of C++, Python, or Go.
- Strong software programming capabilities with good code design and coding style.
- Teamwork and communication skills are required; practical experience in relevant business scenarios is preferred.
- Experience with NLP and LLM technologies, LLM alignment research, or ModelOps is preferred.
- Contributions to top-tier conference papers such as NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR, ICCV, ACL, or KDD are a plus.
