Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, configuration, planning, and execution of software applications and activities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison for application-related activities.
- Act as a subject matter expert, manage collaboration across teams, and make team and cross-team decisions.
- Coordinate technical teams and business units to align objectives and manage project deliverables.
- Integrate new features, troubleshoot complex software issues, and optimize application performance and user experience.
- Mentor junior team members and provide solutions for immediate and multiple teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in SAP for Utilities Billing.
- Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Billing.
- Strong knowledge of software design principles, application configuration, software development lifecycle practices, and troubleshooting complex software issues.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project deliverables.
- 15 years of full-time education.
