Responsibilities
- Own the post-sale technical relationship for designated enterprise accounts across the UK, DACH, and emerging regions.
- Provide strategic guidance on platform design, REST API integrations, and Query Wizard data modeling.
- Build automated enforcement workflows and custom scripts for operational use cases such as ticketing and shadow cloud discovery.
- Conduct technical reviews and data correlation assessments across EDR, vulnerability, IAM, and network data.
- Track deployment health, identify implementation blockers and leadership risks, and execute remediation plans to support customer retention and renewals.
Requirements
- Require 2–4 years of customer-facing technical account management, solutions engineering, or technical delivery experience in cybersecurity.
- Require hands-on proficiency with REST APIs, JSON payloads, SQL queries, HTTP, SSH, and LDAP.
- Require experience correlating security data across endpoint, network, vulnerability, and IAM silos.
- Require native English fluency and residence in or authorization to work in the UK.
- Prefer professional fluency in German, French, or Arabic.
- Prefer active UK Security Clearance at SC or DV level.
- Prefer experience with cybersecurity asset management, EDR solutions, or vulnerability management platforms.
- Prefer experience owning enterprise SaaS renewal rates, driving technical expansion, writing complex query logic, building automated response playbooks, and aligning platform capabilities with C-level outcomes.
