Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable end-to-end AI/ML solutions, including data pipelines and model deployment.
- Define and optimize secure ML architectures across cloud and on-premises environments.
- Identify AI/ML opportunities with business leaders and develop solution roadmaps.
- Provide technical leadership for AI governance, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Architect MLOps pipelines for CI/CD, model versioning, and lifecycle management.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across AI/ML processes.
- Coordinate data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
- Lead design reviews and architecture discussions for strategic AI initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, data science, AI, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or architecture roles.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering AI/ML solutions in production environments.
- Knowledge of supervised learning, unsupervised learning, deep learning, edge AI, IoT analytics, or real-time ML systems.
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with Java or Scala.
- Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Experience with MLflow, Kubeflow, or SageMaker.
- Exposure to generative AI, NLP, and LLM-based applications.
- Cloud platform or AI/ML certifications and experience in manufacturing, telecom, or digital transformation are preferred.
