Responsibilities
- Design and deploy Responsible AI solutions aligned with ethical principles and regulatory requirements.
- Act as a subject-matter expert and provide solutions applicable across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with and manage teams, taking responsibility for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key technical and organizational decisions.
- Facilitate training sessions on ethical AI practices.
- Develop and implement AI governance policies.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of AI solutions for compliance with ethical standards.
- Integrate Microsoft virtual agents with channels such as Teams, SharePoint, and custom websites.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Copilot Studio is required.
- Experience with Microsoft generative AI features in Copilot Studio is required.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI frameworks and guidelines is required.
- Experience developing and implementing AI governance policies is required.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data for ethical decision-making is required.
- Familiarity with AI-related regulatory requirements is required.
- At least 7 years of experience with the Microsoft AI stack, cognitive services, Azure AI Search, Azure OpenAI, and Microsoft Power Automate is requested.
- Experience with Microsoft BOT Framework and Azure OpenAI Service is preferred.
