Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and deploy Copilot Studio agents, Microsoft Foundry projects, Azure AI services, RAG implementations, and machine learning models.
- Prepare governance artifacts such as design documentation, threat models, data flow maps, test plans, runbooks, and operational procedures.
- Validate solution accuracy, reliability, and alignment with business goals.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and observability for deployed AI solutions.
- Maintain, optimize, retrain, and tune deployed models and agents using monitoring data and user feedback.
- Provide technical input on feasibility, effort estimates, platform fit, data requirements, and integration requirements during use-case intake.
- Support incident response, root-cause analysis, and remediation for AI systems.
- Develop reusable AI patterns, components, prompts, and reference implementations for the AI Resource Center and prompt library.
- Collaborate with data engineering, data science, architecture, security, and platform teams to integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems.
- Provide technical support and training directly to users.
Requirements
- Degree in artificial intelligence, computer science, data science, software engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML or generative AI solutions in enterprise environments.
- Experience implementing RAG, agent-based solutions, or predictive models in production.
- Strong proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and modern AI and ML frameworks.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Foundry, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, and Power Platform.
- Experience with Microsoft AI technologies or equivalent platforms and with integrating AI solutions into enterprise data sources such as SharePoint, Dataverse, and Azure data services.
- Familiarity with MLOps practices including model deployment, versioning, monitoring, and retraining.
- Awareness of responsible AI principles and AI governance practices, including NIST AI RMF concepts, risk-based controls, and TEVV.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate designs, decisions, and issues effectively to stakeholders and management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Preference for full fluency in English and French.
