Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and support enterprise applications for financial crime detection, monitoring, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop ETL solutions and support data integration initiatives using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services.
- Develop and optimize Oracle database solutions, including PL/SQL packages, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
- Improve batch and real-time processing systems and data warehouse solutions.
- Support migration and modernization efforts from legacy on-premises applications to future-state technologies.
- Troubleshoot complex applications, data integration processes, and production support issues.
- Analyze root causes, evaluate alternatives, and implement sustainable solutions.
- Support large-scale data processing, system performance optimization, and data quality initiatives.
- Collaborate with technology, operations, compliance, and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- At least 1 year of experience developing, supporting, and optimizing Oracle database solutions, including PL/SQL packages, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
- At least 2 years of experience with SQL development and data warehousing concepts.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience developing ETL solutions using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services.
- At least 1 year of experience writing Unix/Linux shell scripts.
- Experience troubleshooting complex applications, data integration processes, and production support issues.
- Strong problem-solving, written communication, verbal communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience with large-scale data processing, system performance optimization, and data quality initiatives.
- Preferred: at least 1 year supporting Oracle FCCM/FCRM version 8.0 or higher.
- Preferred: at least 1 year supporting AML, financial crime risk management, anti-bribery, or related compliance platforms.
- Preferred: at least 1 year converting Informatica PowerCenter solutions to IICS.
- Preferred: at least 1 year using Python for cloud applications, automation, or API integrations.
- Preferred: at least 1 year using GitHub and GitHub Copilot.
- Preferred: financial services experience, enterprise modernization or migration experience, and experience supporting large-scale data integration, analytics, or data platform environments.
- Preferred: familiarity with financial crime monitoring and surveillance regulations and compliance frameworks.
