Responsibilities
- Listen to customer needs and develop corresponding software and digital solutions.
- Apply modern technology to create intelligent features that solve problems in metals processes.
- Identify, propose, and implement innovative solutions for technology, software, product, and solution development.
- Act as the R&D point of contact for product-related issues and maintenance.
- Coordinate with sales and engineering teams to deploy smart manufacturing solutions successfully.
- Collaborate transparently with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in data science, computer science, or automation.
- More than five years of industry software development experience.
- Digital solution experience in the steel and non-ferrous metal industry is preferred.
- Ability to accept frequent business trips.
- Proficiency in English communication.
- Good communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and stress-resistance skills.
