Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions for system and software verification.
- Lead automation strategy and framework development across multiple projects.
- Collaborate with software, systems, and verification teams to identify automation opportunities.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve automation-related issues.
- Mentor engineers and promote automation best practices.
- Support compliance and audit readiness through proper test documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of test engineering experience and 5+ years of test automation experience.
- Strong experience with Python, Java, or C#.
- Experience with Selenium or Robot Framework.
- Strong understanding of automation framework architecture and system verification processes.
- Experience with Git and version control systems.
- Experience working in a regulated environment, preferably medical devices.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with Jenkins or GitLab CI, FDA, ISO 13485, EU MDR, Polarion, Windchill, and prior technical leadership or mentoring.
