Base Salary

$80k - $133k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Discover customer needs and design geospatial solutions for utility, infrastructure, and telecommunications industries.
  • Configure ArcGIS applications, tools, and information models for industry-specific workflows.
  • Collaborate with customers, software development, business development, and professional services teams to define and develop solutions.
  • Contribute to product design and usability improvements.
  • Draft and review product briefs, presentations, and documentation.
  • Design, execute, and analyze manual and automated tests covering functionality, performance, scalability, and durability.
  • Assess product quality and release readiness and maintain existing ArcGIS Solutions.
  • Present and evangelize solutions to internal and external audiences.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in utilities, infrastructure, or telecommunications and experience applying ArcGIS to industry workflows.
  • Experience designing, developing, and documenting GIS solutions spanning organizations and incorporating web, mobile, and desktop applications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in geography or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving, teamwork, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
  • Preferred: knowledge of utility data management, asset management, and utility workflows.
  • Preferred: programming experience with Python or Arcade.
  • Preferred: experience with ArcGIS Pro and configuring web-based GIS applications.
