Responsibilities
- Drive automation-first quality strategy and lead automation solutions across programs.
- Develop GenAI-powered solutions for automated test design, code generation, execution, and defect analysis.
- Design and build AI-assisted UI and API automation frameworks.
- Use AI and ML tools to improve test coverage, efficiency, and regression-cycle time.
- Use GitHub Copilot and Claude for AI-assisted automation and enforce CI/CD quality gates.
- Integrate AI and regression test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor engineers on GenAI, agentic AI, automation, model deployment, and AI safety practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Quality Engineering experience spanning functional, API, integration, and automation testing, with a dedicated focus on AI testing and validation.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, GenAI, MCP, RAG, vector databases, and AI-enabled workflows.
- Hands-on experience with AI platforms and prompt engineering.
- Experience using GitHub Copilot and Claude for AI-assisted automation and CI/CD quality gates.
- Ability to work independently, lead a team, and engage with senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Exposure to the life insurance or retirement domain is preferred.
