Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and build a scalable AI platform supporting LLMs, agentic workflows, and federated development across teams.
- Architect cloud-native solutions on Google Cloud Platform for enterprise-scale workloads.
- Define platform patterns for microservices, event-driven architectures, API-first design, and legacy-system integration.
- Build CI/CD pipelines that automatically deploy to the cloud.
- Establish standards for AI governance, security, evaluation strategies, observability, and operational excellence.
- Provide architecture guidance through technical reviews and engineering standards.
- Balance strategic platform vision with hands-on implementation and enable teams to add components, agents, and functionality.
- Influence technical direction across multiple engineering organizations and partner with product, engineering, and executive stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10+ years designing and delivering enterprise software platforms at scale.
- Deep expertise in Google Cloud Platform services, semantics, and AI capabilities; Vertex AI experience is preferred.
- Experience building production AI platforms supporting product use cases, including agentic frameworks, LLMs, and orchestration.
- Experience building production evaluation loops for monitoring and tuning AI systems is highly preferred.
- Expertise in event-driven architecture and distributed systems, with understanding of microservices and APIs.
- Knowledge of platform security, governance, and responsible AI practices.
- Proficiency in Python as the primary language for AI development.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native tools.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence technical direction across multiple engineering organizations.
