Base Salary
$75k - $95k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, manage, and operate Microsoft 365 solutions including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
- Own provisioning, configuration, monitoring, service health, and lifecycle management for collaboration services.
- Manage tenant configuration and identity integration with Entra ID and lead incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Build automation frameworks using PowerShell and scripting tools to reduce manual operational effort.
- Integrate solutions using APIs including Microsoft Graph.
- Engineer and support Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, and Copilot solutions, including legacy migrations and modernization.
- Implement security controls, compliance policies, data protection, governance, and audit-aligned platform operations.
- Partner with business units, security and compliance teams, and stakeholders to deliver collaboration solutions and support adoption initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 engineering or DevOps roles.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange Online.
- Experience with PowerShell, scripting, and automation tooling.
- Knowledge of Azure and DevOps tools including Azure DevOps and GitHub.
- Understanding of identity and access management with Entra ID.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot.
- Familiarity with additional Microsoft products is preferred.
- Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow is an asset.
