Responsibilities
- Design and scale the conversational AI platform, including low-latency speech and LLM pipelines.
- Build orchestration layers and reliability systems for real-time AI voice agents.
- Manage large-scale distributed systems with asynchronous workload orchestration.
- Deploy AI voice agents capable of handling thousands of daily healthcare phone calls.
- Build production-grade software end to end, from architecture through deployment.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience building products end to end, from architecting solutions to deploying production-grade software.
- Strong understanding of FastAPI, Python, PostgreSQL, React, and TypeScript or equivalent technologies in other languages.
- Experience managing large-scale distributed systems with asynchronous workload orchestration.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, or other ML models is a plus.
- Demonstrated ownership, hard work, and a founder mindset.
