Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and support SailPoint IdentityIQ workflows, lifecycle management events, provisioning, access governance, and compliance controls.
- Translate business and technical requirements into SailPoint build maps, workflows, rules, certifications, and lifecycle event configurations.
- Lead SailPoint IdentityIQ implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and platform modernization initiatives.
- Develop and maintain SailPoint connector integrations for aggregation, provisioning, deprovisioning, and entitlement management.
- Support disaster recovery planning, infrastructure rebuilds, platform administration, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident resolution.
- Develop audit reports, compliance dashboards, and certification reports while supporting SOX, PCI, CPNI, and regulatory audits.
- Implement code changes across development, UAT, and production environments using release management and change control processes.
- Manage source code repositories, build and deployment activities, technical documentation, and operational procedures.
- Lead technical discussions, mentor team members, and collaborate with business, security, and infrastructure stakeholders.
Requirements
- 7–9 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions.
- Strong expertise in SailPoint administration, workflows, lifecycle management, provisioning, access certification, aggregation, and governance capabilities.
- Experience with SailPoint version upgrades, platform modernization, and IdentityIQ infrastructure management.
- Strong Java development experience and familiarity with SailPoint APIs, BeanShell scripting, and customization frameworks.
- Experience with IAM, IGA, RBAC, access governance, identity lifecycle management, and compliance controls.
- Knowledge of SOX, PCI, and identity governance audit and regulatory requirements.
- Experience administering Linux/Unix systems, including Rocky Linux environments.
- Understanding of SDLC, testing strategies, deployment processes, source code management, and release governance.
- Experience creating technical documentation, workflow diagrams, test plans, use cases, and operational procedures.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and leadership skills.
