Responsibilities
- Define scalable enterprise architectures and standards for AI adoption.
- Design and implement enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions.
- Lead enterprise AI initiatives and service-transformation and delivery programs.
- Drive organizational transformation toward Generative AI, Agentic AI, and outcome-oriented services.
- Present AI initiatives to C-level stakeholders.
- Collaborate with sales, consulting, delivery, and business-transformation teams.
Requirements
- More than 10 years of experience in software engineering, architecture, consulting, or digital transformation.
- At least 4 years of experience leading enterprise Artificial Intelligence initiatives.
- Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions.
- Deep knowledge of Agentic AI, multi-agent systems, LLMs, foundation models, RAG, AI orchestration frameworks, AI governance, and Responsible AI.
- Experience with Azure AI, AWS AI, or Google AI cloud platforms.
- Experience defining scalable enterprise architectures and AI adoption standards.
- Experience leading service-transformation and delivery programs.
- Ability to interact with and present initiatives to C-level stakeholders.
- Advanced English is mandatory.
