Responsibilities
- Lead solution design for complex NiCE Actimize implementations.
- Architect scalable and maintainable solutions aligned with customer needs.
- Design high-availability systems focusing on performance and reliability.
- Provide technical leadership across all project phases.
- Engage with clients to understand their business challenges.
- Collaborate with Product Management to define new product features.
- Create and maintain standard architecture documentation and tools.
Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in the software industry with a focus on solution architecture.
- Current or recent experience as a Solution Architect is mandatory.
- Experience in consulting or professional services environments is preferred.
- Strong experience in software integration and distributed system design.
- Working knowledge of Core Java and AWS/Cloud technologies.
- Understanding of modern technologies like containerization and CI/CD tools.
