Responsibilities
- Select and scope an internal administrative or knowledge-intensive business-process use case with the Data & AI practice.
- Design and develop an AI-powered internal business assistant as an end-to-end MVP.
- Explore how the assistant can understand user goals, gather required information, ask relevant questions, retrieve knowledge or templates, identify missing information, and generate structured results.
- Experiment with Microsoft data and AI technologies and relevant programming and development tools.
- Demonstrate the working prototype, share findings, and provide recommendations for future extensions.
Requirements
- Be a Bachelor’s or Master’s student seeking a challenging two-month internship in Data & AI, software engineering, or IT consulting.
- Have a strong interest in data, artificial intelligence, generative AI, large language models, and AI agents.
- Have basic programming or software development skills, preferably including Python experience.
- Be interested in Microsoft Fabric, the Microsoft Data & AI ecosystem, business-process automation, retrieval-augmented generation, prompt engineering, agentic AI, data platforms, and workflow automation.
- Have strong English communication skills; Dutch knowledge is an advantage.
- Be analytical, curious, proactive, solution-oriented, comfortable working independently and collaboratively, and able to focus on delivering an achievable MVP.
- Experience with all listed technologies is not required; curiosity, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn are emphasized.
