Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.
- Build and maintain secure REST, SOAP, Bulk, and other API integrations between Salesforce and internal or external systems.
- Develop complex Salesforce Flows and process automations using declarative and programmatic approaches.
- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, unit testing, debugging, and quality assurance.
- Use CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, Salesforce CLI, and deployment workflows to deliver changes.
- Maintain technical documentation, system audit evidence, and integration and customization processes.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and provide guidance to junior team members and administrators.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer and Administrator, specifically with Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Expert proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce Flows.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Salesforce REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs and Salesforce security models, including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and roles.
- Strong unit testing and debugging skills, with familiarity with automated testing frameworks such as Provar.
- Experience with Salesforce CLI, GitHub, version control, and CI/CD tools.
- Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer, System Architect, or Application Architect certifications are desirable.
- Experience with Salesforce Community Cloud or Experience Cloud, Agentforce, distributed system architectures, and integration architecture patterns is desirable.
