Responsibilities
- Develop and integrate embedded and system software in C/C++.
- Debug system-level issues involving boot, power management, performance, memory, stability, and hardware interaction.
- Support board bring-up, flashing, hardware integration, and software validation.
- Troubleshoot SOME/IP, Ethernet, UDS, and DoIP automotive communication protocols.
- Perform root-cause analysis using GDB, JTAG, Logcat, DLT Viewer, Wireshark, CANalyzer, Perfetto, and similar tools.
- Optimize software performance, startup time, resource usage, and reliability.
- Ensure software quality and compliance with automotive development processes.
Requirements
- 10+ years of embedded software development experience, preferably in automotive infotainment, cockpit, or connectivity.
- Strong C/C++ development experience.
- Strong knowledge of Linux internals and/or Android or AAOS platform internals.
- Experience with system-level debugging and root-cause analysis.
- Ability to work independently on complex technical topics with a hands-on ownership mindset.
- Preferred experience with AOSP/AAOS, automotive communication protocols, Java, Kotlin, or Rust.
- Preferred experience with vehicle prototypes, test benches, or development boards.
