Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest innovative solutions.
- Collaborate and share knowledge with colleagues to enhance skills.
- Review alerts from the SIEM/SOAR platform and escalate security incidents.
- Ingest and parse logs for the SIEM, develop use cases, and create SOAR automations.
- Assist during security incidents by collecting evidence and documenting timelines.
- Write scripts to automate repetitive security tasks.
- Triage submissions from the bug bounty program and coordinate with engineering teams.
- Conduct authorized penetration tests and document findings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field with a 2025 or 2026 graduation date.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as PHP, Java, or Python.
- Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals and cybersecurity principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technical challenges.
- Experience working in a collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
