Base Salary
$140k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable backend services for identity document processing.
- Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Infrastructure teams to deliver new features.
- Champion best practices in coding, testing, and performance optimization.
- Take ownership of backend architectural decisions and API design.
- Analyze production metrics to optimize system performance and reliability.
- Integrate machine learning and computer vision components into the backend pipeline.
- Work with frontend teams to define API contracts and support integration.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building modern backend services or distributed systems.
- Strong proficiency in backend programming languages, especially Golang.
- Experience designing scalable, high-availability microservices in cloud environments.
- Solid understanding of backend performance optimization and security best practices.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
