Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain native GUI and browser-based software tools for semiconductor laser and device production.
- Develop software to automate electrical and optical testing in custom test systems.
- Build tools to analyze large database-resident datasets and generate summary reports.
- Collaborate with development engineers to migrate data from Excel spreadsheets into SQL databases and create reports or spreadsheets.
- Rewrite engineering tools built in Excel VBA or LabVIEW using C#/.NET or other web-based technologies.
- Perform other assigned duties; travel may be required.
