Base Salary
$220k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable, distributed performance testing infrastructure.
- Develop Agentic AI–powered systems for no-code/low-code performance testing.
- Partner with AI platform teams to define workflows and guardrails.
- Integrate performance testing and monitoring into a unified quality platform.
- Collaborate with product, frontend, and platform teams across the US and India.
- Ensure performance is a trusted signal in the development lifecycle.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience as a Software Engineer.
- Strong experience in building distributed backend systems at scale.
- Experience with performance testing, reliability, automation, or observability platforms.
- Excitement about applying Agentic AI to improve developer workflows.
- Ability to translate complex systems into simple developer experiences.
- Comfortable owning systems end to end and working with distributed teams.
