Responsibilities
- Understand the needs of the community using our software.
- Design, build, test, and deploy services within the Roblox ecosystem.
- Address unique technical challenges within complex systems.
- Maintain high code quality and architectural standards.
- Mentor and develop fellow engineers on the team.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering with high complexity code.
- Experience in architecting and leading implementation of software products.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, C++, Java, or Python.
- Understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases at scale.
- Knowledge of modern large-scale infrastructure components.
