Responsibilities
- Design and develop autonomous agents capable of planning, reasoning, tool use, and multi-step task execution.
- Implement agent orchestration using frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or custom solutions.
- Build and optimize retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, including document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, vector stores, and retrieval ranking.
- Integrate agents with APIs, databases, tools, and memory systems.
- Create evaluation frameworks and observability for accuracy, grounding, latency, cost, behavior, and failure modes.
- Fine-tune or adapt foundation models for domain-specific use cases.
- Deploy generative AI and agentic systems in cloud-native environments with runtime safeguards and versioning.
- Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, product teams, and governance and compliance stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in AI/ML system design, deployment, or autonomous agent development.
- Proficiency in Python for AI/ML solution development, with Java or C# experience as applicable.
- Experience with agent orchestration frameworks and multi-agent communication protocols.
- Hands-on experience with RAG architectures, evaluation methodologies, and LLM integration.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of responsible AI, security, and compliance in regulated domains such as retail.
