Responsibilities
- Build next-generation content recommendation and advertising personalization systems.
- Define data requirements and collaborate with engineering and business teams for data collection and validation.
- Develop features for model training using collected data.
- Integrate model inference capabilities into production systems.
- Set testing requirements and analyze results to derive performance insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in ML product development, with 2 years in content recommendation or advertising personalization.
- Experience in building and deploying large-scale recommendation and personalization systems in production.
- Proficiency in Python and at least one deep learning framework (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras).
- Strong statistical expertise for experimentation and modeling.
