Base Salary
$176k - $308k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy cloud-based ML and AI solutions for intelligent enterprise services.
- Design, train, evaluate, and iterate on models and algorithms, including LLM-based and other AI approaches.
- Turn research ideas into production-ready systems and de-risk new techniques before customer deployment.
- Partner with product owners to translate requirements into measurable ML outcomes.
- Collaborate with applied scientists, engineers, and product managers to deliver software from design through monitoring.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience applying core ML/AI techniques such as supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, NLP, or LLMs.
- Strong programming skills in Python or Java and solid software engineering fundamentals.
- Experience evaluating model performance using metrics, error analysis, and experiment design.
- Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- Familiarity with unit testing, profiling, and performance tuning for ML systems.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with large-scale ML systems, LLM fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation, agentic AI frameworks, publications or open-source ML work, and MLOps pipelines.

- Base pay is $176,100-$308,200, plus equity when applicable, variable or incentive compensation, and benefits.
