Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate cloud-native platforms across Azure, AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
- Develop golden paths, reusable templates, platform APIs, and service catalogues for engineering teams.
- Drive automation and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Bicep, Pulumi, CloudFormation, Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
- Establish platform standards, reference architectures, security, identity and access management, observability, monitoring, governance, and operational excellence.
- Support clients in moving AI initiatives from experimentation to secure, scalable, production-ready solutions.
- Combine hands-on engineering with platform strategy, architecture, automation, developer enablement, and client consulting.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in platform engineering, DevOps, DevSecOps, cloud engineering, site reliability engineering, or a closely related field.
- Strong understanding of platform engineering principles and self-service developer platforms.
- Programming or scripting experience with Python, Go, C#, Java, TypeScript, or similar languages.
- Experience applying security, governance, and responsible AI principles in enterprise environments.
- Practical experience with AI-assisted engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Amazon Q, or Gemini Code Assist.
- Understanding of LLMs, prompting, context engineering, RAG, evaluation, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop controls.
- Ability to combine strategic platform thinking with hands-on delivery in complex environments.
- Clear communication with technical teams and client stakeholders, plus an interest in consulting.
