Responsibilities
- Lead technical strategy and architecture for the Online Stores team.
- Mentor and guide engineers in developing scalable solutions.
- Drive best practices for engineering excellence and technical leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical investments with business priorities.
- Contribute to product roadmap planning and design reviews.
- Write and implement medium to long-term technical strategies.
- Directly contribute to complex projects requiring senior technical expertise.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in developing web-based production systems.
- Strong understanding of web application development.
- Experience in building and implementing long-term technical strategies.
- Ability to create effective designs for complex problems.
- Experience with multiple programming languages, especially Java.
- Effective communication skills for providing impactful feedback.
- Hands-on approach to turning ideas into working software.
