Responsibilities
- Lead the technical evolution of customer-facing AI agents.
- Develop complex multi-agent systems capable of reasoning and executing tasks.
- Design frameworks to automate complex business workflows.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to create scalable solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and set best practices for AI integration.
- Mentor senior engineers on AI/ML best practices and design patterns.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in architecting scalable enterprise-level services.
- Deep expertise in building and deploying large-scale distributed applications.
- Extensive experience with AI/ML frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of agent orchestration and automated workflow design.
- Proficiency in modern backend stacks such as Java, Node.js, Python, and Golang.
- Experience with cloud architectures and serverless ecosystems like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Excellent communication skills for articulating complex concepts.
