Responsibilities

Architect and drive the technical evolution of customer-facing AI agents.
Develop complex multi-agent Super Agent systems capable of reasoning, planning, and executing multi-step tasks.
Design and implement frameworks for reliable automation of complex business workflows.
Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and cross-functional engineering teams on scalable agentic solutions.
Provide hands-on technical guidance and establish best practices for LLM integration, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration.
Safeguard the scalability, security, and performance of production AI systems.
Mentor senior engineers on AI/ML best practices, agentic design patterns, and emerging AI technologies.

12+ years of experience architecting and developing highly scalable enterprise-level services, platforms, or products.
Deep expertise building and deploying large-scale distributed enterprise applications.
Extensive experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow, including deploying LLMs and agentic architectures in production.
Strong understanding of agent orchestration patterns, chain-of-thought prompting, and automated workflow design.
Proficiency in modern backend stacks including Java, Node.js, Python, and Golang.
Experience with scalable SQL and NoSQL database technologies.
Experience with cloud architectures and serverless ecosystems including AWS, GCP, and Azure.
Excellent communication skills for explaining complex technical and AI concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Startup or high-growth environment experience is highly desirable.
