Base Salary
$80k - $89k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the principal implementation liaison by documenting customer requirements and translating them into configuration, business processes, and goals.
- Lead business discovery, recommend delivery approaches, configure systems, and drive customer outcomes and solution adoption.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security requirements for customer databases.
- Assess implementation plans and manage communication among project stakeholders, including issues, risks, escalations, timelines, and delays.
- Troubleshoot configuration issues and identify improvements that increase efficiency and customer outcomes.
- Maintain training databases to reflect product releases, enhancements, and leading practices.
- Lead and support customer change management, user readiness, and acceptance strategies.
- Test, pilot, and document new professional services offerings while developing expertise across multiple product offerings.
- Build stakeholder relationships and lead customer-site meetings and presentations when needed.
Requirements
- 2–4+ years of experience in a software implementation role.
- Experience consulting within a software organization, including workflow analysis and documenting and delivering operational recommendations.
- Previous experience configuring or implementing software solutions, database testing, and end-user support is preferred.
- Post-secondary education in a business- or technology-related field is preferred.
- Experience working across multiple project teams while balancing milestones and objectives.
- Strong communication, organizational, collaboration, analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to take accountability for projects, work independently, prioritize effectively, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver on time.
- Healthcare market experience is preferred.
