Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deliver, and maintain software or infrastructure solutions for medium to large product teams.
- Perform coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting throughout the development process.
- Solve complex and escalated project issues while providing advanced technical expertise and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Development & Engineering and Architecture teams to engineer leading solutions.
- Provide technical and work-group leadership, including defining expectations, processes, structures, tools, and responsibilities.
- Develop and maintain technology standards, technical designs, processes, and procedures.
- Fine-tune language models and apply embedding models to NLP tasks.
- Design agentic systems that combine AI models with external tools or environments.
- Build AI model and agent evaluation frameworks using metrics, A/B testing, and performance benchmarking.
Requirements
- More than 10 years of applied experience in software, platform engineering, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in one or more of C#, Java, or Python.
- Advanced knowledge of data modeling, OLTP, OLAP, NoSQL, data lineage, or synthetic data creation.
- Experience delivering software or platform engineering solutions and providing comprehensive technical advice.
- Experience with CI/CD delivery using code management, configuration management, and automation tools such as GitHub and ADO.
- Proficiency in language-model fine-tuning, embedding models, agentic systems, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, IT, mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with container-orchestration systems such as Kubernetes and container engines such as Docker.
- Preferred experience in data management or supply chain, finance and accounting concepts, analytics and reporting solutions, Microsoft, Google, or AWS certifications, Databricks, Azure Data Services, and Microsoft Fabric.
- Demonstrated technical leadership, independent thinking, curiosity, creativity, and a commitment to high ethical standards.
