Base Salary
$144k - $198k/yr
Responsibilities
- Engineer and operate the agentic harness, including pipeline integrations, quality gates, orchestration, and Model Context Protocol integrations.
- Develop and manage agent versioning, testing, validation, compliance reviews, deployment, and release processes within the enterprise agent registry.
- Build shared services, reusable frameworks, developer tooling, and cross-platform integrations for product and engineering teams.
- Define and maintain standards for knowledge-base content, metadata, structure, and accessibility supporting agentic systems.
- Drive automation, testing, observability, reliability, and continuous improvement across the agentic ecosystem.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience.
- Deep hands-on familiarity with modern software development practices, developer tooling, DevOps, and the AI/agentic development landscape.
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems and deliver analyses, prototypes, specifications, or frameworks.
- Experience collaborating with engineering, product, security, and infrastructure stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Hands-on experience with agentic development tools such as Windsurf/Codeium, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or equivalent is desirable.
- Familiarity with Model Context Protocol ecosystems, LLM token economics, and enterprise AI governance frameworks is desirable.
- Experience with gated enterprise release cycles, compliance requirements, human oversight, developer experience, platform engineering, internal developer tooling, dashboards, measurement frameworks, or developer-productivity instrumentation is desirable.
