Responsibilities
- Design and develop components and applications using Dynamics 365 and related frameworks.
- Customize and configure Dynamics 365 Online and On-Premise environments.
- Develop web resources using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Develop Dynamics 365 plugins using C#/.NET.
- Build integrations using SSIS, SSRS, FetchXML, REST APIs, Power Platform, Power Apps, Customer Insights, and Azure Service Bus.
- Define and implement technical standards, architecture, workloads, quality practices, and toolchains.
- Coordinate with technical teams and train developers, including supporting junior developers’ technical growth.
- Participate in Scrum and Agile ceremonies, incident management, change management, planning, reporting, and process implementation.
- Contribute to the development of Real Estate IT strategy and engage with developer communities across BNP Paribas.
Requirements
- 7-9 years of professional experience.
- Expert-level experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online and On-Premise.
- Strong experience with Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and plugin development.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, C#/.NET, REST APIs, SSIS, SSRS, FetchXML, Power Platform, Power Apps, Customer Insights, and Azure Service Bus.
- Knowledge of Azure ecosystem architecture, technical standards, workload estimation, quality assurance, and technical team coordination.
- Experience with technical training, team management, analysis and reporting, scheduling, incident management, change management, and process implementation.
- Deep understanding of Scrum and Agile practices, with experience using ticketing tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow.
- Adaptability and strong coordination and training skills.
