Responsibilities
- Develop new real-time media features from product requirements.
- Conduct peer code reviews and automate development workflows and quality gates.
- Participate in stand-ups, planning, releases, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies.
- Collaborate across teams and participate in technical training and mentoring.
- Critically review AI-generated code and use AI responsibly to accelerate development.
Requirements
- Proficiency in C/C++ and strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
- Experience with media streaming and protocols for real-time applications is preferred.
- Experience designing cross-platform solutions with appropriate patterns and build tools is preferred.
- Experience with close-to-real-time systems and performance-sensitive code paths is preferred.
- Ability to steer AI effectively through context and prompt design is preferred.
