Base Salary
$153k - $376k/yr
Responsibilities
- Embed with strategic enterprise customers to solve technical adoption challenges across codebases, design systems, developer environments, and workflows.
- Make enterprise design systems agent-ready by fixing tokens, naming, guidelines, Code Connect integrations, and evaluations.
- Configure Figma products in customer environments by writing code, configuration, agent skills, and guideline files.
- Conduct technical discovery, scope paths to value, and debug unfamiliar integrations involving Git workflows, CI, developer environments, and non-standard stacks.
- Build LLM-powered workflows using MCP setup, agent skills, and context-specific prompt engineering.
- Convert one-off customer solutions into reusable playbooks, self-service capabilities, product feedback, and shipped product improvements.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Experience, Solutions Architecture, and customer engineering teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience shipping production software end-to-end, including meaningful direct work with customers or partner teams.
- Strong engineering fundamentals and the ability to navigate unfamiliar codebases, languages, and technical environments to deliver production-ready solutions.
- Experience with design systems and design-to-code workflows, including tokens and component libraries, or the ability to ramp quickly in this area.
- Strong customer-facing communication and technical partnership skills with senior engineers.
- Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript or Python and hands-on experience integrating APIs and SDKs, troubleshooting toolchains and CI environments, and handling enterprise requirements such as SSO, security reviews, access controls, data residency, and compliance frameworks.
- Ability to operate in ambiguous environments, take end-to-end ownership, identify patterns from customer engagements, and translate field learnings into product feedback.
- Experience in forward-deployed engineering, solutions engineering, professional services, developer experience, or a similar customer-facing technical role is preferred.
- Familiarity with developer tools, design-to-code workflows, AI/LLM products, Code Connect, Storybook, Style Dictionary, or comparable technologies is preferred.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Experience, Solutions Architecture, or related teams is preferred.
