Base Salary
$142k - $213k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with multiple teams to integrate functions, identify system enhancements, and deliver new products and process improvements.
- Resolve complex, high-impact business and system problems through in-depth analysis and innovative solution development.
- Design and develop applications that align with the overall architecture blueprint and establish standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
- Build robust and efficient systems using distributed caching technologies and parallel computing principles.
- Prepare software design artifacts such as architecture documentation, flowcharts, and sequence diagrams.
- Perform code and design reviews and ensure compliance with applicable laws, policies, and controls.
- Serve as an advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts and allocate work as needed.
- Manage and implement projects while assessing and escalating business and control risks appropriately.
Requirements
- At least five years of relevant experience in application development.
- Subject matter expertise in full-stack application development.
- Hands-on experience with Spring, Spring Boot, and Java.
- Experience with microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub, Oracle SQL, stored procedures, and triggers.
- In-depth understanding of distributed caching technologies and parallel computing principles.
- Experience preparing software design artifacts, including architecture documents, flowcharts, and sequence diagrams.
- Experience conducting effective code and design reviews.
- Demonstrated leadership, project management, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's or university degree, or equivalent experience.
