Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales/Customer Engagement solutions.
- Define technical architecture, development standards, integration patterns, and scalable CRM and Power Platform solutions.
- Develop D365 plugins, custom APIs, PCF controls, JavaScript/TypeScript customizations, and Dataverse extensions.
- Design and implement Azure Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps, API Management, Key Vault, monitoring, and related Azure services.
- Lead integrations between Dynamics 365/Dataverse and external enterprise applications using REST APIs, OData, and messaging services.
- Drive AI/GenAI adoption through Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, intelligent document processing, and AI-assisted workflows.
- Ensure secure, scalable, maintainable solutions with appropriate error handling, logging, monitoring, and retry mechanisms.
- Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, mentor developers, lead technical discussions, estimate efforts, and resolve technical problems.
- Drive CI/CD implementation and deployment automation using Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with architects, functional consultants, QA, DevOps, business stakeholders, and distributed Agile teams.
Requirements
- Extensive hands-on experience developing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
- Strong knowledge of Dataverse architecture, security, plugins, custom APIs, PCF controls, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, especially Azure Functions and Azure Service Bus, plus Logic Apps, API Management, Key Vault, and Azure monitoring.
- Strong experience designing and implementing REST API and enterprise application integrations, including synchronous and asynchronous messaging patterns.
- Practical experience adopting and implementing AI/GenAI in enterprise applications, including Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI, or the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem.
- Strong experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments.
- Proven technical leadership, solution design, developer mentoring, analytical ability, architectural thinking, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading technical development teams and delivering enterprise CRM, integration, and AI solutions.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
