Base Salary

$152k - $288k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Convert research into production products.
  • Build workflows to diversify datasets and populate data.
  • Ship and rapidly iterate on machine learning workflows and pipelines.
  • Use LLMs, VLMs, and agents in data-generation pipelines.
  • Define evaluation criteria and run offline evaluations before model or prompt changes reach production.
  • Design and operate production multi-agent pipelines, including retry logic and tool-call error recovery.
  • Deliver AI-powered product features while managing inference latency, cost-per-call tradeoffs, and degraded-mode fallbacks.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience; a PhD is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience.
  • Strong mathematical and algorithmic foundations demonstrated through research publications, internships, or significant project experience.
  • Strong background in computer vision and deep learning.
  • Excellent programming skills in Python and C/C++.
  • Excellent software engineering fundamentals.
  • Ability to develop code in Unix/Linux environments.
  • Strong written, visual, verbal communication, and cross-team collaboration skills.
