Base Salary
$152k - $288k/yr
Responsibilities
- Convert research into production products.
- Build workflows to diversify datasets and populate data.
- Ship and rapidly iterate on machine learning workflows and pipelines.
- Use LLMs, VLMs, and agents in data-generation pipelines.
- Define evaluation criteria and run offline evaluations before model or prompt changes reach production.
- Design and operate production multi-agent pipelines, including retry logic and tool-call error recovery.
- Deliver AI-powered product features while managing inference latency, cost-per-call tradeoffs, and degraded-mode fallbacks.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience; a PhD is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience.
- Strong mathematical and algorithmic foundations demonstrated through research publications, internships, or significant project experience.
- Strong background in computer vision and deep learning.
- Excellent programming skills in Python and C/C++.
- Excellent software engineering fundamentals.
- Ability to develop code in Unix/Linux environments.
- Strong written, visual, verbal communication, and cross-team collaboration skills.
